PDF Files to large?????

| I have to make some PDF files smaller, They are two large for the site. Anyone know how to this, I've never done it before? | |

| You will need the full Acrobat program and not just the reader. You can create pdf in two ways: distiller (which makes huge files out of everything and is good for pro printing) and reader (which makes small files). To do any of this you simply choose print from word (or another program that has the plugins), and select either the distiller or reader from the printer choices. If they are already created, then I suggest you copy and paste parts of the doc into many new docs so they bacome more managable.  | |

| Thanks CyberDude, When you say Choose reader do you mean writer, I under stand every thing else you saying but doen't see the reader option. | |

| You can set the file output to 72dpi in Distiller. |
