I think I will finish up my CCIE in about a month, and after that I am thinking of taking some of the CIW exams as I have recently been made webmaster of the place where I work. I don't know a whole lot about security just yet, so I am going to start off with the Security exam. Any advice from anyone who has been there?

They sure like to pile up the work on you, my friend

My bet is, you won't be using IIS to host those sites you are responsible for

Nope they were all running Apache before I was hired. Although we do have a few test machines running IIS. I figured that it was best to know both.

enjoy the ride. I maintain a bunch of Apache boxes, and they are the bane of my existence! Then again, I don't have your knowledge of Linux... that would help

I've always found Apache pretty simple, it has been the JavaScript and graphoc design that always give me fits, but then again it is someone else's coding.
