| Hey, congrats and a job well done. Your score should be an encouragement to everyone here.
For the questions, here are the answers:
(a) You select your ISP based on the support they can give for the type of connection you are subscribing to,
(b) If you need to connect subnets at 2 different areas, the only available option from the answers is fibre optic cable, That's the only one that can span long distances.
(c) Tricky, does not say for what purpose. Cat6 and Fibre are both considered an upgrade. But for a small business, definitely Cat6, since placing Fibre Optic would very soon bankrupt a small business.

a) first priority is support for type of conn
b) fibre optics
c) Cat6 (as specified by the curriculum - it is the most logical/efficient option especially if you have decided to upgrade to Eth.100)
