| Is anyone else having problems logging into the cert21 web site today? I have tried three times today and the page cannot be displayed. This is uncool since I take my exam on Mon. and I need to study! | |

| At one time today there was a network problem at the webhost. I could not even connect to the site for almost an hour. It's Ok now.
I just logged in without any problems.
If anyone is having trouble loggin in to Cert21.com, first make sure your browser accepts cookies. While we've made sure that it's possible to login and use the site even withour cookies enabled, cookies are still preffered method of passing the session Id from page to page.
Second, DO NOT use Netscape browser on Cert21.com. While I tested the site with Netscape and it worked, we don't fully support Netscape.
Lastly, make sure you type in your ID and password exactly as they were sent to you.
BOTH login ID AND password are case-sensitive.
I would also recommend to check the "remember me" check box while logging in. This way your ID and password are stored in cookies and it will help prevent accidental loggin out.
