| I am confused!!!
According to Prometric and the study guides, country domains ARE top level domains.
Can someone please tell me if they are or not according to the exam as I have been told otherwise!
3. (1D0410q186) Which of the following are examples of top-level domains? (Choose all that apply.)
A. .fr
B. .sci
C. .edu
D. .int
E. .mx
F. .usa
G. .gov | |

| A, C, D, E, G.
B & F do not exist. There is a ".us" though.
Explanation:
TLDs can either be generic or country specific:
fr = France (ccTLD)
edu = education institution (gTLD)
int = international treaty (gTLD)
mx = Mexico (ccTLD)
gov = government (gTLD)
Don't get confused over the material. Many books and manuals do have errors once in a while. You can always check the source at http://www.icann.com/.

| I'm sure you will pass with flying colors, seeing the effort you have put in.
Once you have gone through one exam, the experience for the rest are all the same. Believe me, you don't get nervous at all, just the feeling to get it over with!
All the best and do tell us the good news. All of us will break the champange bottle.
