Hi,

could you tell me the correct answer to this. Are country domains ie; .mx .fr top level domains or not?.

I am sure I have had 2 exam prep questions and one answer says yes they are and the other says no they aren't.

Technically speaking, country level domains are definetely Top Level domains

Yup they are Top level domains.

Yeah but for the CIW foundation exam they are NOT top level domains..........

Can someone else verify this please......................I sit my exam tommorrow!!!

They are TLDs, ccTLDs. .net, .org, .com, .mil etc are gTLDs.
