| I need your help. I have just bought the practical test for the CIW Foundation but i could not access it. I tried to email the cert21.com to ask them why but couldnot send mail too.I knew somone have ever used to the practical test of cert21.com please help me how to access them.They just let me try with the demo test not full one.Thanks | |

| I can't exactly remember the procedure w/ cert21.com, but sometimes they would send you an email to validate your email address,etc. You might want to check your email and see if there is something in there from cert21.
Read through the email and see if there is a link you need to click on to activate the exam. It's sort of a verification procedure.
The other thing too, I believe they'll send you an email before you can access the exams. Just to make sure the online transaction to goes through first.
Give it an hour or so. | |

They send me an email to confirm the online transtion went through, that' it.I have not received any information from them so far.I bought it from last night but still not activate . i Dont know how long it take.
