I think it's going to be pretty difficult to convince someone to send you study guides, especially to Qatar, and then have you pay for them later. That's asking the sender for trouble because he may never get his money for the materials he sent.
Items may be expensive for you to purchase (online or storefront) , but it may your only alternative since you live on the other side of the world. | |
