Can anyone tell me about which quality i may get after CIW Master designer and MCSE+I ?
Would it be a good idea? May it help me getting better paid?

I would like to be an attractive student when i'm looking for a job...
And at last.. What jobs may i have?
I like working with responsibility, and also thinking about become an instructor...
Any advice's???

Sure, You would grasp lots acknowledge of System Administration and Web Designing, if you are not "PAPER" MCSE or M_CIW_D. However, what is the really quality you will get depends on how many efforts you put on the procedure when you learn those material.
According to the pay, In my own personal opinion, you still need some "Luck", but you will find you gain more opportunity of interview.

Would it be useful to have taken the A+ cert before MCSE?
I've taken Ciw Foundation and Site design after 3 months of reading and didn't find it difficult at all, but very interesting!
I want to take the MCSE track after the E-commerce exam.. I'm having 5 day classes(starting monday) at a local company, and hoping to pass the test in about a month!
