Has anyone taken the CIW Sec Pro exam? Anyone have suggestions for resources to study for the exam?

I have taken the Security exam, and unfortunately don't have many suggestions. I didn't find any resources that were helpful, even cert21 was a bit disappointing. All I can say is make sure to read the books and be prepared for scenario questions.
