| Right, the exam for this paper is called Site Designer (exam code: 1D0-420) The course material is version 5 - 5DMT (Design Methodology and Technology) and it is currently in version 5.07 (look at http://www.ciwcertified.com/exams/1d0420.asp)
Notice that the study guides are written according to the course topics. So it really shouldn't matter, it will still prepare you for the exam 1D0-420.

| confusion already....my point being the review makes it sound as if there is a version 1D0-520 exam when there is not. What version the courseware is doesn't matter.. What matters is what exam version the courseware will prepare to take.
I did not see on http://www.ciwcertified.com/exams/1d0420.asp where it is stated the courseware is version 5.07. The course material for the exam (5DMT)...the 5 is the number of days to take the class..(DMT)Design Methodology and Technology...description of the class.
The course material could be revision number 6.07 for all I care...it is a matter of understanding which exams are available and which one are not...version 5 exam is not available as implied by the topic of this string.

| Just a note from my experience with the Prosoft stuff...it has been constantly under revision.... it became so maddening for me I decide to get my CIW by default by studying and passing the I-Net+. Also I took the Prosoft CIW exam yes it is similar to the I-Net but it seemed more proprietary to the CIW courseware. I attended the CIW/Foundations class that was supposed to teach for the I-Net also and it was a HUGE disappointment. I also experienced a Java Script question in the exam which they do not even touch on other than by definition in their courseware...A classmate of mine ended up doing the same as I did when we both failed the CIW by 2pts...after looking over the Prosoft courseware we found Many discrepancies - Contradictions in the courseware. Relating to speeds IP addressing and so on. That is what sent us studying the I-Net+ Exam prep and going to the I-Net+ exam. One of my classmates used the I-Net Exam Prep book instead for the I-Net and passed with an 86 =]
Good luck =]
