| What is the purpose? Can you make money with it like Cisco or is it a self knowledge thing?

| It's supposedly an up-and-coming certification which will have value down the road. If you're really interested in an Internet-related career, it would help more than an MCSE.
I'd recommend some of the tests to managers who are looking into a semi-IT supervisory role as well as a lot of companies are moving some of their stuff to the Internet. Who would you rather promote to Head of Marketing, a regular marketer, or someone with an Internet certification, such as the e-commerce cert?
