I just took the e-commerce today and got a 92!! I don't know why people complain about the degree of difficulty of this exam; it took me just under 45 minutes to complete it, and that INCLUDED going over it meticulously. Anyways, if anyone has any questions regarding it, feel free to ask.

Also, how good are the exam notes from this site for the e-commerce exam?

I will say this much: if you have a FIRM grasp of your books, then you will do just fine. More specifically, they ask alot of questions on SET (what it is), SSL, VPN, cross-selling (know what the concept is), assymetric, symmetric, one-way, and hybrid, and examples of asynchronous and synchronous services. In other words, if you have read your study manuals to the point where you have almost memorized it, then you are well-prepared to pass the e-commerce exam with flying colors.
