Hi, jimt
can u tell me which book u learn it to pass?

2000-11-18, 12:48 pm

Yes I can,
I used the 2 prosoft for Basic and Advanced Internet Fundamentals and I used the 2 from CIW,
HTML Fundamentals and Networking Fundamentals, (4)
The 2 most important were the last 2 books listed, there were some questions from the 1st two, maybe 3 at the most.
All the brain dumps I used were of great help as well. I went to CIWcram for more info as well.
Do you want to buy the books. Let me know.
Jim

That all you need, put a lot of concern for Networking and HTML.

Other books I would suggest is the books offered from New Horizons Computer Learning Center. For the i-Net+ I would suggest The i-Net+ Certification Guide with CD-Rom.

You must pass the Foundations exam to get the CIW Associate title, then go to ciwcertified.com and they will give you the info on using thier logo.

No I was not kidding, you didn't exactly give me any info about how many books there was and that there was a CD-rom with it.
Unless the cd rom is essential to passing the exam ,then I don't need it. All the info is in the books , of course the other misc stuff is from using Dreamweaver 3, Frontpage 98, which I already have.
And you did ask me what a fair price would be. So there is 3 books and a cdrom. What are the titles of these books. PBSC has the same course in 1 book, so makes me wonder which is the better course to do, quality etc. How about you tell me what you want in price of these books. Now buddy from TO has offered 100.00 for the books.
Thanks

hi
I don't think the study materials in prosoft is just one book, I took the course in New horizons which is supported by prosoft and these are the books they gave to me, about the c.d. it helps you to go through the exercises in the books.
I've added the foundation books and site designer in ebay.ca under books, educational, computer & Internet. So if anybody interested they are there.
thank you.
p.s. the prices includes shipping

I used http://www.ciw_cram.com exam notes and another site in the UK which can be found off of a link within ciw_cram.com. All were very helpful in testing memory retention of the material studied
