Author Need help with foundations (not by choice)

Hi there,
I have to take the ciw foundations test in order to teach the class. I have already passed I-net+, but unfortunately CIW will not let this qualify. So if you have any good practice tests, or dumps, please e-mail me at tjdane@yahoo.com. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

TJ,
What are the requirements for teaching Foundations or E-commerce? I took both at New Horizons with my man Casey and feel like I could teach the content, for the most part. Let me tell you, though, that the best way to pass the test is to read, read, and then read the books. I have yet to find any practice exams for it, but the material is so extensive and widespread that it would be tough to compile a reasonable study guide that would encompass all that of the Foundations material. If you read the books and understand, I mean REALLY understand the content, then you will pass. Good luck on it and let me know more about teaching, OK?

There didn't used to be any requirements, but CIW and New Horizons have signed a deal with some new rules and boy are they strict. Much stricter than what you have to do to be an MCT. You have to pass the test, and I-net doesn't count. Then you have to send them evaluations from 10 different courses, and a resume. Plus they can choose to reject you. Anything else you want to know?

You can now check the CIWcertified site for the requirements to be a CIWCI. If you are with New Horizons, do wait a while because they are negotiating a deal with CIWcertified and Prosoft regarding NH Instructors having a CIWCI status if you fill certain requirements, like passing some exams and have attended training by another CIWCI or you have had extensive teaching experience, that sort of thing.... So be patient huh?

Don't have time to be patient when the boss keeps getting on my butt to pass the test.

I wonder how my instructor for Foundations and Site Designer was able to teach the course at New Horizons when he had not taken the exam? Also, my account exec told my when my Site Design class was rescheduled it was to give my instructor time to take the exam. When the class started, the instructor had not taken the exam nor did it seem their was plans to take it. How was this NH site able to get around the strict rules?

This is a new policy. The classes were around before the policy began. Just recently New Horizons became an official CIW training center. Which New Horizons did you go to?
