| Passed the 70-228 today on first try. 45 questions with a time limit of 105 minutes.
A little bit of everything. Backup, query optimizations, filegroups, dts, replication, security and roles.
Now that I have the MCP I start work on 70-229 tomorrow. | |

My major souce was the MOC (Microsoft Official Curriculium). I took the course as well as 70-229. The MOC and BOL were my main source. I have signed up for the qusestion of the day on www.examcram.com (real helpful) and on the Transcender site and make sure I understand the answer in each case. I also found the ExamCram books for both 70-228 and 70-229. They help for review and they are easier to carry with me when I'm in a Doctor's waiting room with short bursts of time to review. Its also the book I carried in my car for 30 minutes of review on site before the exam. These two books are out of print but I found them both in stock at www.halfpricebooks.com for half price. They do not explain much but they help review (or cram) what you already know. |
