| Hi everyone passed this one(795) today after failing(683) it last week Friday. However this completes my MCSE and MCDBA and moving on to CISSP,CCNA and CIW now.All the best guys!!
Used the book by Robert Vierra(Professional SQL Server Programming).
Note:this book is not a prep guide for 70-229
But a prep guide to the real world of Database Administration

| I'm taking this one tomorrow; my study aids were mostly Transcender, Books Online, on top of some practical experience.
70-029 was my first MCP exam, and I used the Microsoft official training kit, Transcender, and Books Online to pass on the first attempt (a very tough exam).

| Sorry correction:
the book by Robert vierra is for Database design and has some tips on Database Administration.
Well i used the one book i mentioned above and Books online,Trancender questions and a couple of free questions on the net. Then took the big plunge for the exam.
All i would say is u got to know when to use what where.Eg: Which is the best place to use a view, sproc or UDF(User Defined Function). Couple of questions on query performance and tuning.Eg:when to use update statistics of whether to Defrag index or Reindex etc etc..just be careful and don't htink this is a walk in the park.
