| I am new in this forum and I would believe somebody already asked this
same question before.
Need advice for following:
1. In between 229 and 228, which test do you suggest to take first?
2. What study material and pratice materila do you suggest for them?

|  In answer to your question I find that MOC is the best source of information.
If you look a the titles of the MS exams for 70-228 and 70-229 you will notice that 228 is the installing, configuring, and administering part whereas 229 is the designing and implementing databases therefore if you know how to design and implement databases take this exam first.
I had some knowledge about databases so I actually studied both exams together by setting up and using the MOC.
Once I was happy with both elements I took the exams on the same day doing 228 first.
