| I'm studying for my DBA. I've been using the MS Official Curriculum Instructor Manuals (70-228 and 70-229). You'd think these "official" Microsoft books would cover everything - THEY DO NOT! I do have a few years of experience with Access 2.0, Access 2000 and VB 4.0 and 6.0.
Does anyone know where I can get test questions or of any resources that can give me "real" questions that may show up on the exam(s)?

| Hi there,
You are very right about the MOC study materials. They tend to try and teach you a whole bunch of stuff that is not on the exam and leave off some important areas that are. In my experience, any way.
That's not to say that they are bad books, I don't think that at all. But if you use them to prepare, then, as you've discovered, you need to hone your knowledge on exam-specific areas afterwards.
Anyway, I have recently passed 70-229 and am now preparing for 70-228. I am using Transcender beta for both and also the braindumps at www.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. PLEASE don't take the answers from this site, take the questions and do your own research. And it's a good idea to use the discussion forums to discuss possible answers to some of the questions that have been posted.
You will find plenty of questions for 70-228. There was recently a really good post for 70-229 (a lot of the questions or similar ones came up when I took the exam) but for some reason it's no longer on the site, so if you'd like a copy please drop me an email.

| Well i just passed my 70-228 now working for the 70-229, but i don't know the passing mark for it, 70-228 is kinda cheaty i got only 45 questions with a passing score of 755, and if you want to pass the test, better go to Keen Interactives, www.cheet-sheets.com, the questions on this website are the real test questions just buy 1, and you will never try any other braindump or anything like that. All you have to do is memorise the questions, and you will surf on the exams. Good Luck. | |
