| how hard is the exam?

| exam is straight forward and fair. Expect two parts: subnetting and network services.

| I agree with Freak. I didn't think the exam was tough at all, no suprises.
I would check out the info at Freak's site.
I thought the exam cram book was decent as well, but your mileage may vary 
I also used trancenders practice exams for this one, and thought they were pretty much right on target (expensive though). You might want to check out TCP/IP drill at www.examdrill.com I've heard it's pretty good as well.
