Author Passed TCP/IP with 833, one to go

2000-12-27, 4:35 pm

I wrote today and scored an 833. The test was pretty basic. One drag and drop, not too much in subnetting. I used MOC, MCSE TCP/IP for Dummies, transcenders, TCP/IP drill. Finding this board definitely made the difference for me. Thanks for all the help and advice. IIS4.0 is next!

Thanks all. Pro, TCP/IP drill did me pretty well. I'll also have to admit another thing. I actually started my MCSE 3 years ago, writing for workstation in February of 98 and I finished the core by august of 98. I got seriously sidetracked and with the deadline approaching, felt it was time to get back on track. in doing the core, one of the things that made a difference was the braindumps, but for TCP/IP, I never really needed it. I have MOC, MCSE TCP/IP for Dummies, Exam Cram, transcender and CICPrep. I also have a lab at work that I just installed IIS on and should hopefully be ready in about 3 weeks. I like to be sure and feel proud of the fact that I have only had to test one time for each part of the certification. Soon as I finish IIS, its on to the CCNA. This forum has definitely made a difference for me.
