Author PASSED with a 900.

2000-12-13, 3:35 pm

What a great way to start the day. I had failed with a 633 on Mon. Came back today and scored a 900. What did I do different? EXAM DRILL RULES! Of course I had spent many hours studying (classes, exam cram, practice tests and MOC) but still...I have to hand it to exam drill for helping me over the hump.
Now I need to choose an elective that is not expiring to take in the first part of '01 to complete my MCSE NT 4.0 track. I would like to hear some input on which way go. Thanks!

Thanks Galaxy Gal! Exam Drill has practice questions, about 150 or so for the TCP/IP test. I can't say that they are word for word, but they are close. Best $20 I ever spent.

Congragulations Hal

Am studying for this one and exam drill does rule. As for next one neither proxy 2 or exchange 5.5 are retiring as far as I know.

Anyways good luck mate

PS was exam format 30 questions??? Just curious..Preparing myself mentally lol

30 Questions, 60min. Not adaptive. Know subnetting but don't stress over it. I only had one true subnetting question, and that was a "which subnet to use" and it gave 4 choices.

I took the proxy test 2 weeks before the tcp/ip. Difficulty is about the same. I used Transcender, Sybex Test success and every on-line exam I could find.

Go for it!!

Congragulations! You are right about Exam Drill. This was what I used, and I sailed through the exam.
Good luck for the future
