JUDGEMENT DAY 10th NOV
|
|
|
| My judgement day is coming. I'm writing TCP/IP this friday and i'm afraid because i feel like this test is easy. I've been over the material for 3 weeks now with another 5 days left to test. I never been this confident about any microsoft test. this test i studied the most besides nt enter. so do i have anything to worry about¿

| Hey Kata_dalast_kappa
Hey no sweat bro. I've heard mixed reacions for this exam. Some say it so easy, while others compare it to the apocalypse taking this thing 3 times before moving on. All I can say is know you stuff and it should be cake. Im going to write this on thursday.
Im never too confident about these exams, there is always that wierdness factor that comes into play on the exam day. Use that confidence as an advantage and brush up on your weak points the last three days of the exam. Take notes and use diagrams to help you come to a solution.
Good Luck

| Ask your self these questions:
1) Do I know what DNS does and how it works?
2) Do I know what DHCP does and how it works?
3) Do I know what WINS does and how it works?
4) Do I know how to talk to a UNIX box?
5) Can I subnet correctly every time?
6) Do I know what the utilities can show me and what I'm looking at when I use them?
If you can answer yes to the above six questions, you have the test in your back pocket.

| Ink,
great check list. I could not agree with you more. BTW, there is nothing wrong w/ being confident for an exam. I am everytime I take one -- or else I don't take it
TCP/IP is one of those exams that people either bomb or excel at. You either know your stuff or you don't. Good luck!
