What's difference between the two exams? I heard that if you passed one, you should be able to pass the other one easily.

I don't know if this sound logically, but if I passed Network+, can I get credit for Net. Essential or vis versa?

You cannot get credit for Net Ess w/ Net+. If you passed one you should be able to pass the other one easily. But Net Ess is retired soon, and it does not give you the status of MCP anyway, so you should probably focus on another exam instead...
