Author Passed 933

This exam was not very difficult. I finished in about 20 minutes. There were only six questions that I hadn't seen before. There were three scenarios and two drag and drop's. Know your topologies (bus, ring, star, mesh), ethernet (10Base2, 10Base5, 10BaseT, 100BaseT), OSI Layers (application, presentation, session, transport, network, data link, physical), protocol analyzer, ATM, and ISDN. There wasn't much on IEEE specs. As you can see this exam has a lot of memorization involved. I used Exam Cram, Exam Essentials, rampage http://my.netian.com/~jmyou/net/1104.htm panpage (thanks Jasmine), and cram session. I hope this helps. Good look to all.

Congrats! Nice score man! Thanks for letting us know what you used as study materials. Did you use Transcenders at all? I've got Exam Ess., the Rampage and Panpage dumps as well. Curious to know if I should even bother with using Transcenders. Again, congrats!

I also have transcenders but I never got around to looking at the tests. I felt prepared without using transcenders. I don't know if it would be a waiste of time or not, but I know you can pass with just EE, rampage, and panpage. Most of the questions I saw were directly from those resourses. Good luck.

Thanks for the info! That's good to know that the exam questioins are similar to EE and those dumps. Thanks again!
