When using SBS 2000 is it possible to have 2 DC's? According to the SBS 'rules' and apps have to be on the same machine. So does that mean it's not possible to have another DC for back-up purposes?

Set up a lab, and suck it and see.

ruscorp I just thought you were the kind of guy who would like a bit of fun and try it out yourself.

If I was wrong I apologise

Epidemic: I sure am!

I just don't have SBS to test it out with. I would just love to setup a mock SBS 2000 server at home. However the software is quite pricy.

No need for apologies.

enforcer: It is my belief that mikeop and TW2001 share a brain.

rusc, what you were meant to ask was, "do they do an eval version?"

surely though, if your company has the software, you could "borrow" it and test it in your lab?
