| I have passed two tests now 210 and 215.
Do I ever get information or a MCP cert for
this from Microsoft? | |

| You have to request the welcome package from the MCP secure login page. | |

| After 210, I got my package automatically. | |

| I used to get my stuff automatically too. Then when I got the security stuff in July, I had to go and request it before it would be sent. | |

that's true
if you didn't confirm your mail address in the MCP Secure login page some times you wiat for ever.
I have received an email from MS to do that in my MCP and MCSA, other wise I won't receive any cert. | |

| Once a MCP - that's it. You won't get a welcome package for BOTH 210 & 215, only the first one.
Welcome kits are only for certifications, such as MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCAD, MCSD, MCT. Variations such as MCSE-M, MCSE-S, MCSA-S also count. Each time you achive one of these, you get a welcome kit (of course you have to verify your address). Even going from MCSE Win2K to MCSE Win2K3 yields another kit. BUT you will not receive a kit for just passing another exam, for example there was never a MCP Windows 2000 where NT 4.0 MCSE's expected a MCP kit for passing their first Windows 2000 exam - it just doesn't work that way. |
