I've passed 70-215.
then I'll do the following:
70-210,
70-218,
70-216 (I heard this one is the beast??!!)

can someone comment on this steps?
I'm not sure if I should take 216 or 218 first???

thanks a bunch...

Hi BootData,
my route towards MCSA is the same as yours! First I've passed 210 & 215 and a week ago I've compleated the MCSA core when I took 218. Now I'm preparing for THE BEAST (70-216). I'd recommend you to take 216 last!

Good luck!

For preparation I used MS Training Kit book and Cramsession.com 70-218 StudyGuide. Also have a look at Certificationcorner.com 70-218 StudyGuide, it's not bad at all too! Know DNS, DHCP and GPO's and you'll pass this exam with ease! Also "hands-on" experience is very important, this is the key to pass MS exams!

I'd reccomend killing 216 after you have 210 down.

There is a lot of hype over 216, some true, but much of it overkill. To pass the 216 exam you have to know how Win2K networks function, plain and simple. The base knowledge you must master in order to pass the 216 applies directly to 217, 218, 219, and to some degree 220. Consider then if you tackle 216 then the others are down hill runs.

Spend a couple of months studying the material, do a lot of hands on practice, then go whip 216. It will leave your Win2K certification experience much less fragmented.

Why kill yourself with 216? If you're just going for MCSA, why not an easier elective like Proxy (088) or NT Migration (222)?

I don't think this exam is an elective for MCSA! I see only 70–244: Supporting and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0 Network!
