Currently, I have pass 5 of the MCSE exams which are 210, 215, 216, 217, n 218. Based on my course program, my next exam will be 219 n 224? I am preparing for 219 right now. My concern is on 224 which is a tough paper what other options would you suggest?

You have to take at least one designing test. I would recommend taking 70-219, as a lot of it carries over from 70-217. Plus I think those tests are kind of fun. Then that will satisfy your core requirements, and you will have one more elective.

I agree, take 219. I took it Friday, May 31, and found it quiet easy. As far as your last elective, you didn't say if you are working in the field or not. In my case when I took Proxy 2.0 & Exchange 5.5 I was working with the products on a daily basis so if there is something you work with, go with that product's exam. If not, go for 220. There's much need for security knowledge in the field.

Definatetly take 219. It is a rehash of what you already know.

As for the next elective I took 220. Don't be fooled by the name. It has little to do with security as most people see it. It is also a rehash of what you already know. You will need to know RAS, encryption, data flow very well.

If you are working with ISA or Exchange, then those might be easier for you.

I found that after 219, the migration exam wasn't too bad. Especially if you are comfortable with NT domain structure and services. 70-222 has a minimum passing score of a 687, might be a good alternative to 70-224.
