As I recall, there are now two different MCSE designations; one MCSE NT 4 and one MCSE 2000.

When looking at my transcipt, it doesn't mention that I'm a MCSE 2000. What do others' transcripts look like?

This is my transcript, can someone tell me if I'm a MCSE 2k? As you can see, I've passed the 240 and 219. I also have SQL Server 7.0 Admin and Proxy server 2.0, which should still be vaild electives, right?

I appears that you are. Check out this MS site http://www.microsoft.com/traincert/...equirements.asp
I had that same question since my electives for MCSE/NT4 were Exchange 5.5 and Proxy 2.0. I received an email from MS stating that my electives would also be valid under W2k MCSE. Email them at MCPHelp@microsoft.com if you want to know for sure, plus you'll have some type of written proof. Also, I read that the different designations, MCSE/NT & MCSE/2000 will start showing up on transcripts around May or June.

You sure are a MCSE W2K but as per normal MS takes into account that you are already an MCSE therefore no double entry just that you passed the 240 and 219.

I did read ages ago on this forum that in April 02 (when the new logos come into affect) you will also be able to get a new certificate from MS for passing MCSE W2K.

The separate designations aren't supposed to go live until April, then the transcript will change.

You are MCSE2K bound.
Always have on record;

Just checked out my transcript, and now it says I am indeed a Windows 2000 MCSE!

Yay!

Thanks to all who replied!
