| It's not legal to trade your trancender software. | |

| Is it legal to sell your software after you've used it? I wasn't sure, but I'd imagine it would be the same as buying a book, reading it, then selling it at a yard sale if you wanted... | |

| According to Transcender:
The importance of licensing
In order to encourage quality software development, it is important to follow software licensing guidelines. Because of the unique nature of exam simulation software products, our licensing is different from most productivity software products.
The unique nature of exam simulation products is in their limited life. Once you have used the product and passed the exam, you have extracted the value from the product. Therefore, it is easy to pass the software on to others. For this reason, our licensing does not allow transference of ownership in any way. If that were allowed, our business would not be able to sustain the cost of developing Transcender products.
Thank you for helping us continue to produce the best exam simulation software in the world!

| So does the same rule apply to certification books.. which is pretty much the same thing.. once you read it, you've extracted the knowledge for that test.. | |

| You have to check the licensing from the publisher. | |
