Exchange Server Move -- any help?

Hi, we just moved our Exchange server to a new server and shut down the old guy. The move went fine. Private and Public store, mailboxes, etc. all moved okay. The only problem we're having is with Outlook. When users try to delete multiple e-mails from their inbox, Outlook hangs up, stops responding. Does anybody have any ideas?

We recently moved from exchange 5.5 to exchange 2000. (lost 2 months worth of mail "shudder" due to a stupid error) But I have also seen this type of error start showing up. Normally what I do is to delete the Outlook address book and give them a personal address book.
Try it on one problem machine and see if it helps.
