I would recommend that you take 210-215 pretty close together. Then skip 216 and take Active Directory 217 prior to taking 216. I am currently preparing for the 216 exam and I am under the impression that it is the toughest of the four. There is a lot of informaion in Active Directory including DNS that is in the 216 test.
