Certification for MCSE and MCDBA

| Hi all,
I recently completed my final mcse exam. The options I sat included exams that should have qualified me as both mcse and mcdba, yet the gold card I have received only mentions mcse. Is this normal?
Best regards,

| Yes this is normal. The early achiever gold card is only applicable to those who achieve MCSE on Windows 2000 by the end of Oct 2001. Not MCDBA, not MCSD, not anything else. | |

| Hi anthonie,
Thanks for your reply. What I was really moaning about was that I have not received any acknowledgement from Microsoft that I have achieved MCDBA status.
Best regards,

| Hi Jim,
You should receive a Welcome Kit which contains your MCDBA cert, MCDBA lapel pin, and your new MCP wallet card with the title MCDBA printed on it.
If you don't, you better call up Microsoft and ask about it. |
