| OK its like this:
I have Ent, SRV & WS. If I do Net Ess now and pass I can choose 2 electives next year from the non-retiring electives and they will count towards my NT4 MCSE AND the 2000 MCSE ?
Am I right ?
So, its a waste of time effort and money to try and get 2 RETIRING electives now if they only have to be replaced next year ?
I thought so, please confirm...

Yes, you are right about taking non-retiring electives being the best route. Yes, they count towards both NT4 and W2K MCSE.
If you are refering to smilie icons, look to the left when you are writing a message and you will see 'Smilies Legend'. Pick on that and you will see the key strokes needed for various smilies.
