Just want to INFORM you that i have always repaired pc's as a hobbyist so i am not new to it, and i KNOW the A+ is not the end all be all of certs, but when looking for a career change i believe any little bit helps, and i am doing this for way more than just money is that OK?

Don't mean to be negative. Since u are PRO, u know that many people think if they passed the A+, N+ or MCSE will get them a job. U Know. It all BS.

Beside learning technical skills, theortical knowledge also help on the field. Try get a CS or IS degree, too.
