honestly, i suggest you try to play with the product and learn how to use it rather than memorize the braindumps. yeah, i'm sure you can pass it that way, but i always find that if you understand the product, the test becomes easier (except IEAK, i felt like i was getting screwed).

i passed my proxy exam shortly after the new year with a 900, and spent all of 7 days studying the product and using it inside out. things that will definitely help will be familiarity with the MMC as well as an understanding of TCP/IP. wish you lots of luck on your second attempt.

hey munruss...

why don't you do as tim0thy says -- it's really the best form of study. besides, what do you plan to do if you get your MCSE? frame it and mount it on the wall or put it to use in the real world? you can't honestly tell me that you feel like you're not robbing yourself by using braindumps, can you? as far as i am concerned, braindumps are for people looking for a handout, too lazy to take the time to actually learn the material so they can use it afterwards. besides, you're going to have to put your money where you paper MCSE is one day should you be so honored as to get hired/promoted because of.

do yourself and all of us hard-working MCSEs (and other certified or non-certifed admins) a favor and don't just shoot for the 4 little initials -- EARN IT!

oh, if you "...become a teacher and educate others..." will you teach your students the priceless value of braindumps and how they helped you get your "MCSE?"

p.s. i hope the admin takes the link above off the site.

seriously though... none of the microsoft tests that i've taken have been that difficult. my studying process consists of the following: read an exam cram/sybex book (whichever one you like more), read the cramsession, and play with the product. like i said, the only one that produced the lowest score was IEAK, because the questions were really out to get you, and generally very vague.

regardless, good luck with the test, whether you use the braindumps or not. just make sure you know your stuff when you need to know it.

Hit it on the head timothy. That is the exact procedure that I used. And if the books werent good on explaining a certain topic, went and searched on internet instead of spending money buying more books.

From the five exams I have done so far, knowing the stuff enabled me to pass as you can work out the answers .

Still waiting to get my cable modem installed to start practising on proxy...

Anyway good luck munruss with the studying

easy people, i just came across it. i've been studying the Microsoft book that came with my course along with practice tests, like everyone else. i do not have any experience with the product just yet.

i got a 691 on my first try. i became nervous towards the end, due to the clock ticking.

People, chill out, i've been studying since last year between A+ and MCSE. i'm tiring and burnt out.

I agree with Munruss. CALM DOWN! If people want to use braindumps; let them. It's up to employers to weed out the idiots.

yeah well, i am well liked at my current job. I do Server Administration with no problems. I should of taken Exchange 5.5 over Proxy anyway. The school pointed me in the Proxy direction, for some reason. Who the hell uses Proxy Server in a large Corp? We don't!

hey man...

i'm just saying it's well worth your time to pass these tests on your own actual knowledge and not someone else's braindumps. i think it's a huge disservice to yourself. and just because you are not using proxy and only few others are, i think it's still a decent place to start to learn about security. ISA server (proxy's new big brother) looks to be a decent contender (it integrates into ADS) and is quite similar to proxy.

anyhow, now that you have a copy of it, start messing with it. i hadn't seen it before i started studying it -- and we don't use it nor would we consider it -- but should i enter the consulting world or happen upon a position elsewhere, i might run across it. if you have DSL, use it on that, that's what i did and it's running today. and now that i start my Cisco larnin' i think it may be some handy information to have and it helped me get my MCSE.

that's all...

i understand what your saying and i agree, 100%. to be honest with you, i'm tired and getting bored with the constant studying. i just want to get this done already so i can move to other things. i'm sure you can understand that.

sure, i can understand the fatigue syndrome setting in. it happens, i think, to us all. but i still don't think that a braindump is the way to go. however, now that you have the product and you start playing with it, things will probably click... and you will be so much pleased that you didn't rely on braindumps.

good luck and BE STRONG! ...or something...
