720 out of 735 = Frustration!!

| I took the Proxy Server exam this morning, and I found many questions from Transcender and some braindumps there - but memorising the Q's and A's only helped me with about 50% of the questions on this exam!
Where I found problems: IP Address, Subnet mask, Routing Questions. Internal IP address, External IP address, Gateway, etc...
Does anyone out there have a place on the net which explains this a little better?
Thanks.

| Freak's web site has a lot of cool stuff, including a subnetting guide that helped me immensely. Maybe not actually on my Proxy test, as I had absolutely no subnetting ?s, but now I know it enough to get through it (it was like learning a new language to me), and that's for me, not the test. Oh, and don't memorize questions and answers, KNOW WHY. But I'm sure you've heard that before. | |

| did you take tcp/ip? If not I would look over tcp/ip info. email me at seeker@examnotes.net and i will send you a basic subnetting chart..look over the tcp/ip post and some questions.. | |

| Thanks guys for your positive responses!
I am going through the Transcender again, and UNDERSTANDING each answer, not just memorising it.
It's about time I do this right.
I have passed all the other MCSE exams the first (or second) time. But, this Proxy exam.... I have taken 3 times now.
This is just getting silly.
Thanks again Freak for the links.
Regards,
