| Hi folks, I am battling for the proxy server 2.0 exam and I really do need a lot of help from you guys out there. My question is, how do you use the second NIC card in your server to connect to the internet? Please explain details as I am a novice.

| The second NIC goes to the router that is connected to the outside world (Presuming you have a T-1, DSL, or Cable modem). If you are setting Proxy up with plain old telephone service(POTS), you don't need a second NIC. You use a modem connection through Dial up Services. Was that simple enough?
