My Exchange server hosts emails for multiple domains. I recently moced the server to a new server. However, I have 10 domans that I host email for all of them work except one. Users at this site have email address xxx@mydomain.com and xxx@theirdomain.com

The addresses that use the @mydomain which is the servers local domain are deliverable but any emails sent to their @theirdomain account is not delivered.

The IP addressing has not changed from the old server to the new one.

Any thoughts?

Have you checked the routing tab in exchange to se if that domain was migrated over?
