I used MS Press IIS Training Kit. It has eval. versions of IIS4.0, SQL Server 6.5 and Proxy Server 2.0 and the books for IIS4.0 and Proxy Server. SQL is used in Transaction server part of IIS. I also used Fast Track book which is similar to Exam Cram in distilling the info down to essential facts. Altogether the training materials cost about $110. I also used PEP tests, CICPREP free practice tests. check out MCSETutor.com if you haven't already.
