| When asked to create a web site and configure it to access a directory, does that mean the directory in question is the home directory, if so, what if the question asks to access two directories.

| I really need more info to properly answer the question, but, in general, granting access to a directory through a website does NOT make that directory the home directory.
When you create the site it asks for the location of the home dir...you can later add access to other directories by opening the Internet Service Manager (ISM) then clicking on the website name and selecting Action, New, Virtual Directory and following the prompts, adding the physical directory location as required. Keep in mind that the NTFS and IIS permissions must be set correctly.
Hope this helps!
