| ive been reading through the posts and i just want to verify something. to get my cna, do i need to pass both the 050-670 (Netware 6) and the 050-653 (Netware 5) or is it just one exam? Im taking my CCNA saturday, so as soon as I'm done with it Im moving onto the mcsa. if the cna is only one exam, ill do it b4 tackling the MS cert. also, do novell have exam vouchers like comptia does?
thanks in advance | |

| CNA is one exam, either 5 or 6. I'd recommend doing 6 as it's more recent. I would expect them to cover some different subject matter as the tools in 6 are more web-based. However, a great deal of 5 and 6 will be about ConsoleOne, groups, users, etc. | |

| Go to Novell Press and pick up there book on
Novell 5 or 6, depend on what one your going to study. The book might have a full version with demo lisence of the software, or you can download it from Novells site that software will contain the demo lisence also under sys or public folder also. You would have to sign up for the site but its free.
You can run the software on a basic PC but make sure you have at least 128MB ram and min of 6GB harddrive but larger if you want to do mare things with it. Best to read the system requirements. |
