| I was just wondering what you guys think is better in helping prepare for the CNA 6 exam. A book (I was looking at this one: Novell's CNA Study Guide for NetWare 6 -- by David James Clarke), or exam software like Self Test? Both would probably be best, but I don't have the money for both. I have about 8 months experience with Netware 5.1.

| I've used books by Clarke for Novell exams before. Never alone though, in addition to his book I had the self study kit from Novell.
His books are good, depending on your experience you could probably get by with just the Clarke book.
But what I would recommend would be to go to
http://www.novell.com/training/test...s/crsindex.html
Look up the Official Novell Objectives for your exam. Then go through the study aides your considering and see which one or ones meet all of the objectives. Because that's the material that's testable. | |

| Thanks for your help.
Does novell have a study kit out for 6 yet?

| yes, it shall be

Clark book is good and it offer a simple STS in the CD, but if you need further study. Buy the full version.
However, I recommend to dl the demo from the Novell site, too.
