Do i need two partitions. One for the boot-50MB and another for the netware partition-550MB.

or can i just install it all on one partiton.

You'll need 2 partions

50MB DOS partition with 35MB of Free Space

If your doing a standard install, including WebSphere you'll need 1.3GB of Free Space on the Netware partion.

Remember the memory requirements to 256MB is the minimum, but I would go with 512
