hey all. I have a stupid question... I am sitting for the CNA exam in the morning... Does Novell send you a certificate or anything for the CNA certification? On the Novell site they say nothing about a certificate on the CNA track but they do on the CNE track. Can anyone answer this for me?

Thank you

Hi Drhixson!!

Yes, after you pass your CNA exam Novell will send you a packet with a certificate, congratulatory letter, information for joining the CNA site and a CNA pin.

Oh, after your exam, be sure to sign the Novell Certification Agreement. It should pop up after your exam. If you don't "sign" the agreement they won't send your information.

Good luck on the exam!!

Actually I don't think I got a CNA pin for 5.1 or 6. I think that may have been a 4.11 benefit, as another 4.11 CNA got a pin after he passed years ago. Maybe I just got ripped

Yeah, I never received a pin either. I will give Novell credit on getting the material to you after you pass their exams. Took 4 days to get my certification.

Hey Rus, the exam was 55 questions.. no review, once you click next the question is history. Exam time was 1:30, took me about 40 minutes... as far as being fair.. well, it was "okay".. they made sure you knew your stuff but then again some of the questions left me a bit hazy. This exam did not compare in the least to the MS exams (where you have 1 1/2 pages for a single question), but then again I am biased... All in all, I enjoyed the exam, it was worth the time and money to invest in it.

There were alot of printer questions, security, and know what objects are considered leaves...

Damn! No review, I would ask if it was adaptive but that's a lot of questions for that format. Brief questions eh? Sounds good a hate that wordy M$ crap. What's a perfect score? 1000 or 900?

No adaptive.. just a straight forward 55 questions, but you cant go back once you have answered... Perfect score is 890.

Yep, what's the passing score? I'm taking Netware 5 though. I'm doing pretty bad as of yet so I have a long ways to go.
