Good day,
I am just wondering what the 5.1 CNA exam is setup like. Is it adaptive, or is it a static 62 questions exam?? Just wondering. I am writing my exam on Monday March 31, 2003. Hopefully I can hear back from you. Thanks in advance.

As I recall, mine was conventional, though I don't know that it means all are conventional.

Thanks guys, looks good. I looked for this on the net. I couldn't find any of it on the novell site by doing a search. Thanks a lot. And nice quick response.

It's exam number 50-653 I have the Exam Essentials practice exams that have the best questions. Some of the questions were word for word on the exam. Email me at msmeltze@swrsb.ednet.ns.ca to get them.

Thanks

They still give 050-639 Netware 5 Admin? I see it on the list at http://www.novell.com/training/testinfo/testdata.html

Hey there,

I thought that they did end the exam but sorry I am not much help. I studied from a 5 book and wrote 5.1. Not much difference. Just the only noticble one that I saw was bulkloader.

Have a good one.

5.1 is standard format though. The 5 I believe is adaptive.

Yes the 5 exam is adaptive and the 5.1 exam that I had is 55 questions. Not sure if thats any help. In previous posts I belive is a link to the test and what its like. If you want the Exam Essentials 5.5 for CNA 5.1. Let me know.

I don't think the CNA test is adaptive, you cannot skip back a question but its no an adaptive format. It has 55 Qs a couple of fill in the blanks
