Certification Pays Off!

| Had a server go down this week at a site I support. I have some OK hands-on experience with Netware, and this year I have really focused on taking the CNA/CNE track to earn certification. Based on my experience this week, all that studying really paid off. Though it took some time to troubleshoot the issue due to the variety of abend messages I was getting, the time to resolve the issue was much quicker because of the knowledge I've gained. Shooey! | |

| Yep, bcarric, it sure does. Obviously, I, as all of us who study for certs, have applied much of the knowledge acquired through those endless hours of study. However, this was probably one of the bigger issues for me that helped me show it counts. | |
