I passed Course 580 (exam 50-658) Service & Support Yesterday! What a shock I had when I started the exam though! I was expecting 15-25 questions in 45 minutes, Wrong! I had 69 questions to answer in 105 minutes, what a shock! Managed to get through it OK & lived to tell the tale.

Congrats! I didn't think Service and Support ended up being as challenging an exam as I expected. That isn't to say that the other CNE exams have been easy either.

It wasn't too bad, just a bit shocked at the number of questions.
