| I am taking Service and Support this Thursday. Any last minute preparation advise.
I am using the CNE Clarke book and the notes, as well as the Exam Cram. I have been practicing with Exam Essentials tests.
I don't feel 100% prepared, but a lot of the info is redundant from the other exams I have taken, so I want to try it to get it out of the way. Then I'll be halfway to CNE. | |

| Took the 050-658.
Thorough study of the Clarke books and exercises on the CD, and some good practice exams, like EE, are really all you need. The Exam Cram is fine for added review.
The questions weren't tricky. It was pretty straight forward. Just really know the info presented in the Clarke book.
I really thought my score would be a lot worse as I took the exam. |
